Our unique approach is made up of three stages designed to help you transform both body and mind.
Let's face it, most trainers just watch you exercise. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to exercise your mind as well. With our program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health.
We will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, We will demonstrate mental exercises as well. We will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.
We will help you set goals and reach them in a friendly, supportive environment. We don't just show you how to do an exercise; We educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and proper nutrition.
You can work with your personal fitness coach, a small group (2-4) fitness coach or an exclusive one-on-one personal trainer. It all depends on your preference.
Your personal fitness coach is available for one weekly private meeting to track and update your progress. You are given a personalized fitness program to do on your own, but will be accountable to your coach.
Your small group fitness coach will meet with you in a group (2-4) for your bi-weekly scheduled workouts. Here you are actually sharing the services of a personal trainer with others who are at your fitness level with similar goals.
One-On-One Personal Training is just you and your trainer meeting for your scheduled workouts. This is our most popular program for the novice who needs to learn safe exercises or busy executive who has limited time.
All our programs are designed to meet you at your current level of fitness with built in progression to ensure you reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently.
